On payment accepted, the order lands in Business Central complete: right customer account, addresses, dimensions, shipping charges, shop reference. Exactly as your back office would register it, in three seconds.

If the warehouse removes a line, the order on your shop realigns and the customer automatically receives a voucher for the amount paid. The order moves on; nobody writes emails.
