You only install a tiny connector module on your shop. All the intelligence — the Business Central connection, queues, retries, mappings, monitoring — lives on the i-Connect cloud platform: automatic updates, no maintenance on your server, the same architecture as the Shopify↔Business Central connector.
1 · Install
A minimal PrestaShop module: installs in a minute and pairs with the platform using a key. No complex setup on your server.
2 · Connect
Enter your Business Central credentials (Microsoft Entra ID app, service-to-service access): no development on the ERP side, just configuration. We guide you through it.
3 · Activate
Choose the flows included in your plan: stock, prices, orders, shipping. From then on everything runs by itself, monitored 24/7.
Architecture
The shop stays light. The cloud does the work.
The module on your shop only reports events (a new order) and applies commands (update stock, change a status). Everything else — delta polling from Business Central, sync queues, error handling, vouchers, labels — runs on our infrastructure, continuously updated without you installing anything.

HMAC-signed communication between module and platform, encrypted credentials (AES-256), full data isolation per customer.
Reliable
Every operation is idempotent: no duplicated orders, no lost updates. Automatic retries with backoff and complete logs.
Monitored
A dashboard with sync status, orders and errors. Proactive alerts: if something stops, we know first.
Standard
Official Business Central v2.0 APIs and native PrestaShop hooks: zero custom development on the ERP, zero core modifications on the shop.
