Can I change plan later?
Yes, anytime from the customer portal. Upgrades are instant: same module, features unlock. Downgrades apply from the next renewal.
Do prices include VAT?
No, VAT is excluded. It is calculated automatically at checkout based on your country: EU businesses with a valid VAT number are reverse-charged.
Does my Business Central need custom development?
No. We use the standard Business Central (SaaS) APIs: all it takes is configuring an application access, and we guide you through it.
What happens if I cancel?
The service stays active until the end of the paid period. Your configuration remains available for 30 days, then it is deleted.
Can I pay annually?
Yes: annual billing charges 12 months upfront in a single invoice.
Which languages and countries are supported?
The platform works with any PrestaShop and Business Central localisation. Billing supports all EU countries (automatic VAT) and beyond.
