This is a courtesy translation; the Italian version (/cookie-policy) prevails. This notice describes the cookies used by the i-Connect website and platform, operated by i-creativi s.r.l.s..

1. What cookies are

Cookies are small text files that websites send to your device, where they are stored and sent back on subsequent visits.

2. Technical cookies

The website and Platform use technical cookies, required to work, for which no consent is required:

• Authentication cookies (prefix “sb-”): they keep the session of signed-in users. Duration: session / until token expiry.
• Security and load-balancing cookies from our hosting infrastructure (Vercel).

3. Analytics cookies (with consent)

On the public pages we use Google Analytics 4 (Google Ireland Ltd.) for aggregate usage statistics. These cookies (prefix “_ga”) are set only after consent given through the banner; without consent, measurement stays off (Google Consent Mode). Maximum duration: 24 months. You can change your choice by clearing the site data in your browser, which shows the banner again. Google’s policy: policies.google.com/privacy. We use no profiling or marketing cookies.

4. Third-party cookies at checkout

Subscription payments happen on pages hosted by Stripe (checkout.stripe.com), which uses its own technical and anti-fraud cookies as described at stripe.com/privacy.

5. Managing cookies

You can block or delete cookies from your browser settings. Disabling technical cookies may prevent access to the customer area.
